SURFAV

Strategy and digital communication

SURFAV is a POCTEFA European project coordinated by the Public University of Navarre, aimed at advancing hybrid manufacturing solutions for high value-added metal components.

My role is to support the consortium throughout the entire project lifecycle (2026–2028), developing its digital communication strategy, corporate website and key communication assets.

The challenge

The challenge was to build a coherent communication ecosystem for a European project spanning three years and involving multiple partner organisations. Starting from the existing visual identity, the objective was to define usage guidelines, create reusable communication assets and establish a solid foundation to ensure consistent communication across all project channels.

The solution

Building on the existing visual identity, a digital communication ecosystem was developed for the SURFAV project.

The work included the development of the corporate website, the communication plan, an applied visual identity guide and a range of reusable templates to help all consortium partners produce consistent communication materials.

The official LinkedIn page was also created, and the foundations were laid for its activity over the coming years, with the aim of increasing the visibility of the project’s progress, results and activities.

The website serves as the central hub of the project's communication, while the remaining tools ensure a consistent visual identity and support coordinated communication throughout SURFAV's entire lifecycle.

The result

The initial phase of the project has made it possible to establish a a solid foundation for your digital communication. The corporate website, the communication plan, the visual identity guide, the templates and the LinkedIn presence provide the consortium with the tools it needs to communicate consistently throughout the development of SURFAV.
