Privacy policy

Within the framework of compliance with the legislation in force, as set out in the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of Personal Data (LOPD), whose purpose is to guarantee and protect, with regard to the processing of personal data, the freedoms and fundamental rights of natural persons, and especially their honour and personal privacy, Iciar Etxebarria Martín informs:

• The data provided by users will be included in a confidential file for which Iciar Etxebarria Martín is solely responsible.
• Iciar Etxebarria Martín has adopted the appropriate security measures for the data collected and has also installed all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data collected.
• The personal data collected in the Contact form are not stored in any file, they are only collected in an email to respond to the request.
• This data will not be transferred or passed on to other entities or companies.
• Any user may, at any time, exercise the rights set out in the LOPD, of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms established by the applicable regulations, by contacting Iciar Etxebarria Martín directly.
