Development of a fully custom website for SocialTech Challenge, an inter-university competition promoted by 4 Spanish Jesuit universities for engineering students developing initiatives with a social purpose.
The challenge
Being a newly established competition, SocialTech Challenge needed an enticing digital showcase that not only captured the attention of engineering students but also fostered potential collaborations with other academic institutions and related entities.
The challenge was to create an engaging and functional digital platform that would showcase the initiative, attract students and support its promotion among participating universities and other relevant organisations.
The solution
We immersed ourselves in the branding guidelines provided by the institution. This ensured that the digital showcase of SocialTech Challenge not only met the competition's standards but also faithfully reflected its identity and values.
One of the key challenges was the diverse audience we were addressing. We needed to attract young students while maintaining a sober and respectful aesthetic. The solution lay in a design that balanced these elements harmoniously.
The result
A 100% responsive website that blends freshness and modernity to appeal to young engineering students, with a touch of elegance and seriousness that adapts to the reputation of the four organizing universities.
