According to the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cis.es\/cis\/opencm\/ES\/2_bancodatos\/estudios\/ver.jsp?estudio=14508\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CIS Barometer (May 2020),<\/a><\/strong> 23% of households increased their online shopping during the state of alarm. In addition, 1% said that they were shopping online for the first time. At the same time, there has been a notable reduction of 8.3% of people who only shop in the physical channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"solucion-think-global-act-local\">Conclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Against this backdrop, there are <strong>new opportunities and challenges,<\/strong> especially for small businesses, which have great potential for differentiation.
